Originally from India, I moved to the UK in 2021 to further my education in Sports Science and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Health at Loughborough University. Having been raised in Qatar, I was always involved in sports and dance from a young age, competing at the national level in shot put, discus throw, and basketball. My personal journey with multiple injuries gave me a deeper understanding of the value of physiotherapy and its role in recovery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced a severe case that required me to rebuild my fitness from scratch, a journey I continue to improve on daily. I have a special interest in treating MSK conditions associated with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), post-cancer, helping patients regain strength and mobility.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, working out at the gym, baking, practicing Indian classical dance, and playing badminton.
Previous experience: Senior MSK physiotherapist with People Asset Management, MSK Physiotherapist with Leicestershire Partnership Trust NHS.
HCPC registered- PH128101
Special Interests
Knee and ankle injuries, sports injuries and return to sport rehabilitation, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, post cancer rehabilitation.

Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability.
Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.
Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.
At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.
You can benefit from physiotherapy at any time in your life. Physiotherapy helps with back pain or sudden injury, managing long-term problems, and preparation for a sporting event.
Physiotherapy is a degree-based healthcare profession. Physiotherapists use their knowledge and skills to improve a range of conditions associated with different systems of the body, such as neuro-musculoskeletal (back pain, whiplash associated disorder, sports injuries, arthritis) or neurological (stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s).
