Beckah

Beckah graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science in 2022 and completed her MSc in Physiotherapy in 2026.

She is passionate about sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest in the assessment and management of tendinopathies, as well as strength and conditioning. Beckah has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and takes a personalised approach to rehabilitation, developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client's individual goals. Whether you're aiming to return to competitive sport, improve performance, or simply regain confidence in everyday activities, Beckah is committed to helping you achieve the best possible outcome. This is done by combining evidence-based physiotherapy and education with progressive strength and conditioning principles to help patients achieve lasting results and reduce the risk of future injury.

Alongside her clinical work, Beckah is the current Academy and 2XV team Physiotherapist for Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club, entering her third season with the club. In this role, she provides weekly clinics, supports player assessment/rehabilitation, and delivers pitch-side medical cover on match days. During her time here, she has dealt with acute, traumatic and chronic injuries including ACL, meniscus, ankle sprains, dislocations, fractures, tendinopathy and shoulder pain among many others.

Outside of the clinic, Beckah leads an active lifestyle and enjoys a variety of sports and outdoor activities. She owns two horses, one a retired National Eventer and the other a young horse she has produced herself, who is due to begin competing in eventing shortly. When she's not at the stables, you'll likely find her at CrossFit, in the gym, out running, or enjoying a round of golf (when she can find the time!).

Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.
You can benefit from physiotherapy at any time in your life. Physiotherapy helps with back pain or sudden injury, managing long-term problems, and preparation for a sporting event.

Physiotherapy is a degree-based healthcare profession. Physiotherapists use their knowledge and skills to improve a range of conditions associated with different systems of the body, such as neuro-musculoskeletal (back pain, whiplash associated disorder, sports injuries, arthritis) or neurological (stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s).
