Lycia Sellars SRD MBDA Dip Hom.
State registered Dietitian Nutrition Consultant and member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT)

Protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals are all essential nutrients for a healthy         balanced diet. An imbalance of these nutrients can result in deficiency or disease.

Many long-term chronic conditions, which do not respond to conventional treatment, can be linked to a dietary imbalance or nutritional deficiency.

By encouraging good dietary habits, correcting nutritional and biochemical imbalances, and restoring digestive health, an increased feeling of well being and renewed vitality and energy can result.

Good nutrition stimulates the body’s natural self-healing ability; complimenting orthodox medicine.

Everybody’s health is dependent on the specific nutritional requirements and this is where I can help you.

Below are listed some of the conditions that can respond to nutritional therapy:

  • Food intolerance - allergies, eating disorders, poor appetite, weight problems

Follow-up consultations may be advised in order to monitor your progress.
